Braun Shaver

Do you have a Braun Shaver? Braun is one of the most popular companies producing electric shavers and razors. We have talked here a little about choosing an electric razor, and having just bought a Braun one, I thought this was the time to talk about this brand.

The Braun Shaver lines come in what are called “series”. This way we have Series, 1,3,5,7 and an extra line of MobileShave shavers. If you go their official site you’ll see a brief explanation of the different series. But besides all the marketing phrases and slogans, what matters most is if these shavers bring a satisfactory close shave. Well, to make it short: yes. But there is more to the experience of shaving with a Braun shaver.

I currently own a Series 7 Braun shaver, and it has many cool features such as pulsonic, technology, sensitive flexing head, precision comfort blades, power comb, precision shaving head, contour hugging head, smart foil. The pulsonic technology is what actually allows this shaver to give a close result, with the head oscillating at over 10,000 micro-vibrations per minute!

The best of all is that is washable and easy to clean. Previously I had a bad experience with electric shavers, since they were a mess to use –at least in my case. I ended up happily surprised with this machine. Plus, it really looks cool in my bathroom! To clean the machine you just push a button thanks to its Clean & Renew system that cleans, lubricates, dries and charges the machine for its next use.

By the Way, this Braun Shaver also won the award of “Best Shave tool 2009” by the popular magazine Men’s Health. This was actually when I found out about the series 7 Braun electric shavers.

Are the other series as good as this one? This is a really good question, and over the next months we’ll try to get hold of these series and try them out, of course to post their review on the site.

Ultra Shave Product Review

Here is one of the coolest products we’ve tried in the last months: Ultra Shave.

This is a men skin care product that is mainly a shaving cream, but well, it is actually more than that! In fact I think it acts better than a skin care product than just a shaving cream. Why? Well, it is also a moisturizer, a sun protection product and a mosquito repellent!
